Dispatcher
You take the calls for oil and add them to the truck routes, and you keep the drivers moving.
Everything is computer routed, so you are not looking at a map all day trying to figure it out.
We do get very busy when the weather is cold, so this can be a fast paced job.
You will also make sure we have all the information we need for every delivery, route our automatic fuel customers so they never run out of fuel, and make sure all fuel payments are processed.
No HVAC or fuel oil background needed. We will train you. If you are good with people and careful with details, we can teach you the rest. Accuracy counts: a wrong address or a missed note is a truck at the wrong house.
Schedule: Full time or part time. Tell us which you are after and we will build a schedule with you. Busiest November through March.
Location: Bristol, PA 19007, serving customers across Bucks and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

- Re-plan the day when it changes, because in winter it always changes
What you need
- Organized under pressure
- Clear, calm communicator with drivers
- Accurate with addresses, quantities and notes
- Comfortable with scheduling software and a computer all day
- Able to pass a background check and a drug screen
Nice to have
- Fuel, propane, HVAC, courier or trucking dispatch experience
- You know Bucks and Montgomery County roads
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software
