Booked annual heater inspection and renewed annual service contract. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. One repair was covered under the new service contract and one was not. Technician gave me the option to fix now or at later date as it was something that should be addressed but could wait. I chose to fix the problem while he was here. I was completely satisfied with the service and his professionalism.

I just had a wet switch put in for my air conditioning system. I feel confident that the AC will be in good working order for this upcoming summer. The technician, Jake, Is definitely one of the best. He was here on time, with a smile on his face and got right to work. He’s professional and courteous, and I always feel confident with the work that he does. I am so happy to be under contract with Patriot. They definitely give me peace of mind.
