The HVAC Sales Representative focuses on generating leads, assessing customers’ heating, cooling, and fuel system needs, preparing proposals, and closing sales of HVAC systems, maintenance contracts, and fuel delivery services. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong sales and customer relationship skills.
The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing new heating, cooling, and ductwork systems for residential and light commercial customers. This person ensures installations are done safely, efficiently, and per code, delivering a high level of workmanship and quality.
The HVAC Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing heating, cooling, and fuel oil systems in customers’ homes and light commercial settings. A strong preference is given to candidates with experience working with oil-fired systems. This role is field-based and requires delivering excellent customer service, safe operations, and technical expertise.
