HVAC Technician
The HVAC Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing heating, cooling, and fuel oil systems in customers’ homes and light commercial settings. A strong preference is given to candidates with experience working with oil-fired systems. This role is field-based and requires delivering excellent customer service, safe operations, and technical expertise.
Pay is $28 – $45 per hour based on experience, with a sign-on bonus based on your performance and additional earning opportunity on top of that. The bonus and how it works are discussed on the first call.
HVAC Installer
The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing furnaces, boilers, water heaters, AC and heat pump systems, and ductwork for residential and light commercial customers. This role focuses on delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code while providing a great customer experience.
Pay is $30 – $45 per hour based on experience.
Oil and gas installation experience is required. A candidate who is also proficient at installing boilers in Levittown is preferred. But if you do not have experience with boilers in Levittown, that is not a deal breaker.
Fuel Oil Delivery Driver (Full Time)
Home heating oil delivery. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
You will be making residential home heating oil deliveries, and seasonally delivering marine off-road diesel to the shore points.
What you will need to have already:
- A valid Class B CDL
- Tanker (N) and Hazmat (H) endorsements. The combined X endorsement covers both
- No air brake restriction on your licence (no L restriction)
- A current DOT medical card
These are federal requirements for anyone behind the wheel of our trucks, so they are not something we can provide for you.
Fuel Oil Delivery Driver (Part Time)
The same route work as our full-time drivers, on a lighter and more seasonal schedule. A strong fit for a retired or semi-retired driver, or someone driving elsewhere who wants winter hours.
We will accommodate any availability you have. We deliver seven days a week, so availability on nights and weekends is always appreciated.
What you will need to have already:
- A valid Class B CDL
- Tanker (N) and Hazmat (H) endorsements. The combined X endorsement covers both
- No air brake restriction on your licence (no L restriction)
- A current DOT medical card

Diesel / Fleet Mechanic (Part Time)
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair. You will be working on our oil trucks, service vans and construction equipment, handling basic repairs and working out what is actually wrong when nobody yet knows.
Paid hourly.
Maintenance Mechanic (Part Time)
Preventive maintenance across the fleet. Oil changes, filter changes, tires, brakes, lubrication and the rest of the schedule. The same checklist done the same way, vehicle after vehicle, done right.
You will be working on heavy trucks, service vans and trucks, and construction equipment.
HVAC Sales Representative
You will sit with homeowners and sell heating and cooling systems, maintenance agreements and fuel delivery. Most of our work is residential, so this is in-home, in someone’s kitchen, walking a homeowner through a job that is usually unexpected and never welcome. Doing that well is mostly patience and honesty. We are not a high pressure sales organization. We strive to give every customer a five star experience, and we never sell fear.
We generate the leads. You are going out on appointments we book, not building a pipeline from scratch.
In-home sales experience is not necessary. We will train you, and the training is paid. You will learn our process before you are expected to sell it. What we cannot train is the willingness to follow that process exactly as it is written, on every single call, including the ones you think are not good.
We are busy year round. Your schedule is flexible, but we do set appointments on weekends and in the evenings, so you will need to have availability. That is when homeowners are home, and it is not negotiable in this line of work. We are not asking you to work every night or every weekend.
All work is local. You are home every night.

Inside Sales Representative
You will be converting unsold estimates for HVAC repairs and installations. When a technician or a sales rep leaves a quote behind and the customer does not move forward, that estimate comes to you. Your job is to get back to them, find out what is holding them up, and turn it into booked work.
This is selling from the office rather than in the home. It suits somebody who is comfortable asking for the sale over the phone, and who stays on the follow-up until there is an answer either way.
Pay is commission based, with a sign-on bonus. We go through exactly how it works on the first call.
Appointment Setter / Lead Coordinator
The Appointment Setter / Lead Coordinator manages a high volume of incoming calls and texts from hot and warm leads. This role is fast-paced and phone-driven, ideal for someone who is confident on the phone and thrives on staying busy and hitting daily targets. You’ll be responsible for booking appointments, following up with real leads, and tracking performance throughout the day. If you’re motivated, focused, and ready to earn based on performance, this is an opportunity to grow with a family-owned company.
Pay is commission based, with additional bonuses available. We go through exactly how it works on the first call.
