Inside Sales Representative

You will be converting unsold estimates for HVAC repairs and installations. When a technician or a sales rep leaves a quote behind and the customer does not move forward, that estimate comes to you. Your job is to get back to them, find out what is holding them up, and turn it into booked work.

This is selling from the office rather than in the home. It suits somebody who is comfortable asking for the sale over the phone, and who stays on the follow-up until there is an answer either way.

Pay is commission based, with a sign-on bonus. We go through exactly how it works on the first call.

Schedule: Full time, year round, in the office.

Location: Bristol, PA 19007, serving customers across Bucks and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

What you will do

• Work through unsold estimates for HVAC repairs and installations
• Call the customer back, find out what is holding them up, and answer it
• Turn open quotes into booked work
• Keep accurate notes so nobody gets called twice about the same thing

What you need

• Comfortable asking for the sale over the phone
• Persistent on follow-up. You stay with it until there is an answer either way
• Accurate with notes and details
• Able to pass a background check and a drug screen

Nice to have

• Inside sales, rehash or call center experience
• HVAC or home services background
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software
